Once we have received your order, we’ll email you requesting your measurements of your bust, waist, & hips and hollow to hem (with shoes on). Once we have received your details, we’ll match them to our size chart. All dresses need further alterations for that perfect fit. Please budget for this as they will be covered by yourself.
We use FedEx for Canadian & US orders and DHL for international orders. Our team will email you the tracking details for you to track your dress. We ask for 12 weeks lead-time; however, we can ship within a shorter timeframe if the dress is in stock. Once we receive your order, we will email you with all details. We will not charge your credit card until you confirm the delivery date! Please email email@example.com for further information. We ship worldwide. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the price and are the buyer's responsibility. The amount charged is at the discretion of the customs agency within the destination country and is determined, in part, by the value of the items. Payment of duties and taxes are due at delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what additional cost will be added before purchase.

Please give us 24-48 hours to respond to your inquiry. We prefer you to receive your dress at least one month before your special day. This will give you time for alterations. Keep in mind production and shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We advise ordering your dress 6 months before your special day. When you receive your dress, please try on the dress as soon as possible without makeup and lotions. We highly recommend you have your measurements professionally taken. Because each body is exceptional, you might find that going to a local alterations shop is an easy way to make the dress fit exactly how you like it to fit.
Your dress is made specifically for you, so, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. If, before you order, you would like to see more photos of your design, we are happy to send you more images. Unfortunately, we do not refund due to change of mind. We cannot refund you if you feel that the dress does not suit you, as this dress was made specifically for you.
